If you’re in Henrico County and need care for less-critical injury or illness, visit the FastTrack ER at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital. Our FastTrack ER is connected to our ER so we can quickly get you more advanced care if you need it, or admit you to the hospital if necessary.

We are open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.

Our FastTrack ER is for minor illnesses and injuries that are not emergencies but require treatment within 24 hours, including:

  • Earache
  • Cough symptoms
  • Sore throat
  • Back pain
  • Cuts
  • Bites, stings, and allergic reactions
  • Burning or infrequent urination
  • Constipation or diarrhea<
  • Rashes
  • Suture removal
  • Wound checks
  • Prescription refills

Use the ER entrance and check-in for our FastTrack ER. The Henrico Doctors’ Hospital ER is open 24 hours a day and offers pediatric emergency care.
